Refurbished means the device has been previously used but has been fully tested, cleaned, and restored to excellent working condition. Any faulty components are replaced, and the device is securely wiped before resale. 

All storage devices go through certified data sanitisation using industry-recognised wiping software. Drives are securely erased or shredded in line with recognised data destruction standards before resale, ensuring no previous user data remains. 

All items include a minimum 30-day Return to Base warranty, meaning faulty products will be repaired or replaced within that period. Fully refurbished computers, laptops and monitors come with extended warranties of between 1 and 5 years. Full details can be found on our Warranty & Returns page. 

Refurbished devices may show light cosmetic signs of previous use, such as minor marks on the casing. These do not affect performance in the slightest. All devices are fully functional and professionally cleaned before dispatch.

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items, provided they are returned in the same condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
